APPENDIX “A” LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 1A-1. SHORT TITLE.
   (a)   This appendix to the Town Code of Ordinances of Melbourne Beach may be referred to and shall be known as the Land Development Code.
   (b)   The Land Development Code shall include development-related requirements of the town and all development in the Town, whether public or private, and shall be subject to the provisions of this Land Development Code.
