§ 49-58. OPPOSING, OBSTRUCTING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER; PENALTY.
   Whoever opposes, obstructs or resists any enforcement officer, or any person authorized by the Town Manager, in the discharge of duties as provided in this article, upon conviction may be punished as provided in § 1-99 of the Town Code, or Chapter 162, Florida Statutes.
