§ 73-43. SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.
   The Town Manager or designee shall suspend a rave club permit for a period of time not to exceed 30 days, if the Town Manager determines that a permittee, or an employee of a permittee, has committed any one or more of the following acts:
   (a)   Violated any provisions of the rave club regulations;
   (b)   Engaged in the use, sale, or consumpton of alcoholic beverages on the rave club premises;
   (c)   Refused to allow an inspection of the rave club premises so authorized in this Article;
   (d)   Knowingly permitted an intoxicated person to remain on the rave club premises;
   (e)   Knowingly permitted gambling by any person on the rave club premises;
   (f)   Knowingly permitted the possession, consumption or sale of an alcoholic beverage on the premises of a rave club;
   (g)   Knowingly permitted the possession, consumption or sale of any illegal drugs on the premises of the rave club; or
   (h)   Knowingly allowed performances or activity that violates Chapter 61, which regulates adult entertainment.
