§ 73-39. LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; FIRE PREVENTION; OFFENSES.

No person shall operate a rave club in violation of any applicable provisions of the Land Development Code, Appendix A, or Chapter 45, Fire Prevention, or Chapter 73, Offenses, as those provisions may be amended from time to time.
