§ 66-3. PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of this article shall be declared to be a violation of the law, punishable as provided in § 1-99 of this code.
   (B)   At the request of the Town Manager or the Town Commission, the Town Attorney is authorized to seek an injunction against violation of this article.
