§ 65-15. PHARMACIES AND PHARMACISTS.
   The town shall not issue a business tax receipt to operate a pharmacy unless the applicant shall first exhibit a current permit issued by the Board of Pharmacy. No such business tax receipt shall be required in order to practice the profession of pharmacy.
