§ 61-38. PERMIT DOES NOT ALLOW ACTS OTHERWISE UNLAWFUL.
   The issuance of a permit hereunder shall not be construed as permitting, licensing, or allowing the commission of any act otherwise prohibited or made unlawful by a valid town or county ordinance, or state or federal law.
