§ 61-20. UPDATING INFORMATION IN PERMIT.
   Applicants for a regulatory permit and any person, partnership, corporation or other entity which has been issued a permit under this chapter are under a continuing duty to update the information contained in an application submitted for a permit and shall, within 30 days of any change in such information, notify the Chief of Police in writing of such changes.
