§ 61-4. HOURS OF OPERATION.
   The sale, rental, presentation, display, perusal or viewing of obscene material by a store or business or the presentation of live shows or performances which show or depict nudity, sexual conduct or sadomasochistic abuse, shall be restricted to the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
