§ 53-5. ENFORCEMENT.

(a) Officials. The Town Manager, or said Manager's designee, shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Ejectment. The Town Manager, or said Manager's designee, shall have the authority to eject from any Town park any person acting in violation of this chapter.
