For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. The word “shall” is always mandatory and not merely directory.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. The term defined as set forth in Section 561.01, Florida Statutes.
PARK. A park, reservation, playground, recreation center, golf course, civic building, boardwalk or pier and any other area in the Town, owned or used by the Town, and devoted to active or passive recreation, excluding the Atlantic Ocean beaches.
RENDITION. The date on which a decision is reduced to a writing addressed to a permit applicant.
