§ 51-3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERSON HOLDING SALE.

It shall be the responsibility of the person holding a garage sale to ensure that neither public property nor private property is damaged or destroyed due to the garage sale. It shall further be the responsibility of such person to ensure that those persons attending the garage sale do not trespass upon the property or encroach upon the privacy of other residents.
