For the purpose of this article the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any public or private individual, group, company, firm, corporation, partnership, association, society or any other combination of human beings whether legal or natural.
REMOVAL. The actual removal or trimming of a tree or shrub.
SHRUB. Any wood plant of low height with several stems.
TOWN MANAGER. The Town Manager or such individual as the Town Manager may designate to act in his place for the purpose of enforcing this article and carrying out its provisions.
UTILITIES. Gas, sewer, water, cable television, telephone and electric utilities serving the public, whether within or outside the town.
