§ 49-24. COSTS OF CLEARING BY TOWN TO CONSTITUTE LIEN ON PROPERTY; ENFORCEMENT LIEN.
   The cost of clearing land by the town pursuant to this article shall be a lien upon the land invoiced, and such a lien shall be enforced by the Town Commission in the manner provided by state law. The Town Clerk shall keep a record of all liens obtained by the town under the provisions of this article and shall file a notice of such liens with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. All such liens shall bear interest at the rate of 1% per month until redeemed by the owner.
