§ 49-23. COSTS WHEN LAND IS CLEARED BY TOWN; BILLING OWNER; NOTICE TO COMMISSION OF FAILURE TO PAY BILL.
   When land is cleared by the town a record of the costs of the same shall be kept by the Town Manager. A bill shall be mailed to the land owner or his agent to his last address. If the bill is not paid within 30 days from the date the bill is sent, the Town Clerk shall certify such fact to the Town Commission together with a copy of the bill and a description of the property.
