PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 49-20. DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this article the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CLEARED AREA. An area free of trash and all undergrowth of such height and density as not to be readily flammable. Undergrowth shall not include growing trees, individually or in open groves, free of parasitical plants and smothering vines.
