§ 49-14. BREEDING PLACES OF MOSQUITOES.
   It shall be unlawful and shall constitute a sanitary nuisance for any person to have, keep, maintain, cause or permit within the town any collection of standing or flowing water in which mosquitoes are likely to breed.
