§ 49-11. POWER OF HEALTH OFFICER TO DETERMINE EXISTENCE OF SANITARY NUISANCE.
   The Town or County Health Officer shall have full power to determine and ascertain what shall constitute a sanitary nuisance detrimental to the public health.
