§ 47-17. CONTAINERS FROM MULTI-FAMILY UNITS.
   All multi-family areas of six units or more must have a bulk refuse container for garbage and trash collection and disposal. Lids on bulk refuse containers must be kept closed at all times except when depositing refuse.
