(a) No customer shall place or deposit hazardous waste at any solid waste collection point or in any place where it might reasonably be expected to be collected and transported to the landfill, by the collector.
(b) The collector shall refuse to collect solid waste from a customer if the collector reasonably believes that such solid waste contains hazardous waste for collection.
