§ 46-22. INTERFERENCE WITH ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS; IMMUNITY OF OFFICERS TO TRESPASS PROSECUTION.
   (1)   Whoever opposes, obstructs or resists any enforcement officer or any person authorized by the enforcement officer in the discharge of his duties as provided in this chapter, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 1-99.
   (2)   Any enforcement officer or any person authorized by the enforcement officer shall be immune to prosecution, civil or criminal, for reasonable, good-faith trespass upon real property while in the discharge of duties imposed by this chapter.
