It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner, occupant, lessee, agent, tenant or otherwise to store or deposit or cause or permit to be stored or deposited, any abandoned, junked or discarded motor vehicle, with or without motor power, designed for carrying persons or property upon any public or private property within the town, except within an enclosed building or unless completely covered by a nontransparent close-fitting cover; provided that no more than one such vehicle can be stored outside an enclosed building and must be stored to the rear of the front building line.
