The latest edition of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101, Life Safety Code, shall be known as the “Town of Melbourne Beach Life Safety Code” and is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set out. The provisions thereof shall be controlling within the town except to the extent any such provision is in conflict with the Town Charter or any town ordinance or provision therein.
