§ 40-33. TAKING OR ATTEMPTED TAKING OF FISH FROM CERTAIN SALT-WATER RESIDENTIAL CANALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to catch or take fish or attempt to catch or take fish by means other than hook and line or use any net other than a cast net thrown by hand in the following manmade saltwater residential canals:
   (1)   The dredged canal lying between Driftwood Avenue on the north and Pelican Key, Riverview Lane, Sandy Key and other dredged canals on the south.
   (2)   The dredged canal lying between Riverview Lane on the west and Sandy Key on the east.
   (3)   The dredged canal lying between Sandy Key on the west and Anchor Key, Pelican Key and other dredged canals on the east.
   (4)   The dredged canal lying between Pelican Key on the north and Anchor Key on the south.
   (5)    The dredged canal lying between Anchor Key on the north and Riverview Lane on the south.
