§ 40-31. USE OF CASTING NETS AND SIMILAR DEVICES IN VICINITY OF MUNICIPAL PIER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or operate a casting net or similar device or instrument off, upon or from that portion of the municipal pier west of the 400 foot mark from the eastern terminus of the pier, located as a westerly extension of Ocean Avenue.
