(a) As utilized in this section, the terms
LOT and STRUCTURE shall be defined as set forth in Chapter 1A, Appendix A of this code.
(b) No person shall keep or maintain on any lot, within any living unit, or in connection with any building or structure, five or more cats, dogs or combination thereof. No dogs or cats shall be kept or maintained on vacant property or on any vacant lot. Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to permit the use of land, a structure, or a building as a dog kennel or veterinarian clinic, unless said land, structure or building is located in a zoning classification in which a dog kennel or veterinarian clinic has been approved by the Town Commission.
