It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle having a gross weight capacity of more than that which is set forth below on any of the following streets, except when said vehicle is making a delivery or pick-up at a residence fronting on one of these roads; or when said vehicle is leaving or returning to a residence fronting on one of these roads when the owner of the vehicle is also the owner of the residence. When the prohibited vehicle is using these roads under the above two exceptions, then said vehicle shall enter or exit said roads at the nearest intersection to the residence in question.
