§ 15-31. PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
   (a)   For the procurement of professional architectural, engineering, landscape architectural, or land surveying services, the Town shall adhere to the requirements of the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055, Florida Statutes.
   (b)   The purchase of professional services are not subject to the competitive sealed bid requirements of this article.
