The budget and budget message and all supporting schedules shall be a public record in the office of the Town Clerk and shall be open to public inspection by anyone. The Town Manager shall cause sufficient copies of the budget and budget message to be prepared for distribution to interested persons at the actual cost of reproduction or at a cost consistent with the requirements of Florida law, whichever cost shall be lower.
