§ 1-20. RULES OF PROCEDURE.
   All town boards and committees and the Town Commission shall utilize Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, most recent edition, which rules of procedure shall govern the conduct of all Town Commission meetings. The Commission, or in the case of appointed boards or committees, shall have the authority by a two-thirds vote of the Town Commission or the membership of said board or committee to provide for additional or amended rules of procedures.
