If any word, clause, sentence, paragraph or section hereof shall be found to be illegal, unenforceable or unconstitutional for any reason, said word, clause, sentence or paragraph or section shall be severed from this Code and this Code shall be read as if said illegal, unenforceable or unconstitutional work, clause, sentence, paragraph or section did not exist.
