10-3.5A-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of the BR-1 mixed land use zone is to encourage and promote the balanced mix of residential and commercial uses within the downtown commercial district. To allow for the flexibility of restoring, adding on, and/or replacing of existing residential dwellings and to preserve the vitality of the downtown commercial area.
