As soon as convenient after the appointment and approval of the Airport Commission, the Commission shall organize under its chairman, who shall be chosen from the Commission, and shall elect one of its members as secretary. It shall adopt its own rules of procedure. The Commission shall hold a regular meeting no less than annually, and such additional meetings as deemed necessary.
