INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

§ 35.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

   The city agrees to join with the county’s Fiscal Court for the purpose of establishing a joint city-county Industrial Development Authority to be named the County Industrial Development Authority, as per 154.50-316.
