§ 35.33 EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS.
   The authority to evacuate the city, or parts thereof, in emergency situations is vested in the Fire Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department, or the chain of command within the Volunteer Fire Department in the absence of the Fire Chief.
