(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, owner, agent, firm, or corporation violating the terms and provisions of §§ 151.01 through 151.05 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Should a provision in Chapter 151 conflict with that of §§ 151.01 through 151.05, the most restrictive and punitive provision shall govern.
(D) Any person, persons, firm, partnership, corporation or association found guilty of violation of the provisions of § 151.28 of this chapter shall be fined a sum not to exceed $500.

(F) (1) The fine for violations of § 151.50 of this chapter shall be $750 per day for each day the violation remains uncorrected.

(2) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 151.45 through 151.54 of this chapter or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be guilty of an offense against the city, punishable by a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $750, and such other penalties as may be provided. Each day that a violation persists shall be deemed a separate offense.
