There is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the city, the International Property Maintenance Code 2018 edition, as published by the International Code Council, a copy of which is filed in the office of the City Clerk, including all terms and provisions thereof, which terms and provisions are hereby incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof as though fully set forth, together with the amendments set forth in § 151.02 below.
