10-2-2: EXCLUSIONS:

This chapter shall not apply to completed structures as of the effective date hereof. This chapter shall not apply to new residential construction. "New residential construction" means any original construction of a single-family home or a dwelling containing two (2) or fewer apartments, condominiums, or townhouses. (Ord. 2343, 4-25-2011; amd.
