The International Building Code, 2018 edition, as published by the International Code Council, is adopted by the City for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the design, construction, quality of materials, alteration, repair, demolition, equipment, use, occupancy and location of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the International Building Code, as well as any appendices referenced, are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed herein.
