§ 77.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be punished as provided in § 70.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any section of any provision of §§ 77.40 through 77.49 may be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
