1165.05 ZONING OF VACATED AREAS.

Wherever any street, alley or other public way is vacated by action of Council and in a manner authorized by law, the zoning district adjoining each side of such street, alley or public way shall automatically be extended to the centerline of such vacation and all areas included in the vacation shall then be subject to the same use, area height and other applicable regulations of the extended district. (Ord. 86-260. Passed 12-16-86.)
