   1165.02 ZONING DISTRICTS MAP.
   The boundaries of the districts established in Section 1165.01 are defined as shown on the Zoning Districts Map which accompanies this Zoning Ordinance and is hereby made a part of this Ordinance. (Ord. 86-260. Passed 12-16-86.)
   1165.03 INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   The following rules shall be used to determine the precise location of any zoning district boundary shown on the official Zoning Districts Map:
   (a)   District boundaries shown as following or approximately following the limits of the City corporation shall be construed as following such limits.
   (b)   Boundaries shown as following or approximately following streets or alleys shall be construed as following the centerlines of such streets or alleys as they existed at the time of adoption of this Zoning Ordinance.
   (c)   Boundaries which follow or approximately follow lot lines shall be construed as following such lines.
   (d)   Boundaries shown as following or approximately following railroad lines shall be construed to be midway between the main tracks of such railroad lines.
   (e)   Boundaries shown as following or approximately following the centerlines of streams, rivers or other bodies of water shall be construed as following such centerlines.
   (f)   Boundaries shown as separated from, and parallel to or approximately parallel to any of the features listed in subsections (a) to (e) hereof shall be construed to be parallel to such features and at such distance therefrom as is shown on the official Zoning District Map.

   1165.04 ZONING OF ANNEXED AREAS.
   Any area annexed to the City which was subject to County or township zoning regulations in effect at the time of such annexation shall continue under such County or township zoning regulations in accordance with Ohio R.C. 303.25 and 519.18, until Council adopts appropriate zoning for such territory. The Planning Commission shall recommend appropriate zoning for such area within thirty days from the date the matter is referred to the Commission by Council.

   1165.05 ZONING OF VACATED AREAS.
   Wherever any street, alley or other public way is vacated by action of Council and in a manner authorized by law, the zoning district adjoining each side of such street, alley or public way shall automatically be extended to the centerline of such vacation and all areas included in the vacation shall then be subject to the same use, area height and other applicable regulations of the extended district.
