1165.03 INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
The following rules shall be used to determine the precise location of any zoning district boundary shown on the official Zoning Districts Map:
(a) District boundaries shown as following or approximately following the limits of the City corporation shall be construed as following such limits.
(b) Boundaries shown as following or approximately following streets or alleys shall be construed as following the centerlines of such streets or alleys as they existed at the time of adoption of this Zoning Ordinance.
(c) Boundaries which follow or approximately follow lot lines shall be construed as following such lines.
(d) Boundaries shown as following or approximately following railroad lines shall be construed to be midway between the main tracks of such railroad lines.
(e) Boundaries shown as following or approximately following the centerlines of streams, rivers or other bodies of water shall be construed as following such centerlines.
(f) Boundaries shown as separated from, and parallel to or approximately parallel to any of the features listed in subsections (a) to (e) hereof shall be construed to be parallel to such features and at such distance therefrom as is shown on the official Zoning District Map.
