1165.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.

For the purpose of this Zoning Ordinance, the City is hereby divided into the following districts:

Standard Districts

R-1 Residential District

R-2 Residential District

MF Multifamily Residential District

OS Office Service District

B-1 Neighborhood Business District

B-2 General Business District

CB Central Business District

I-1 Light Industrial District

I-2 Heavy Industrial District

Special Districts

MH Mobile Home Park District

MH/R Mobile Home/Residential District

HS Health Service District

A Airport District

HP Historic Preservation District

PD Planned Development
