937.13 SEPTIC TANK WASTES.

   (a)   Septic tank wastes discharged at the sewage treatment plant shall be subject to user charges pursuant to the following sections:

      (1)   Section 937.06(b);

      (2)   Section 937.07;

      (3)   Section 937.08;

      (4)   Section 937.09(b).

   (b)   Unless otherwise verified by analysis, septic tank discharges shall be subject to extra strength surcharges based on septic tank wastes having the following concentrations.

   (c)   User charges for discharge of septic tank wastes levied pursuant to this section shall be billed pursuant to Section 937.14. The rates shall be as pursuant to Section 937.11.
