727.01 DEFINITIONS.
For purposes of this chapter the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below:
(a) "Health spa service" means instruction, training or assistance in physical culture, body-building, exercising, reducing, figure development or any other similar activity or use of the facilities of a health spa, gymnasium or other facility used for a purpose described in this definition or membership in any group, club, association or organization formed for any purpose described in this definition.
(b) "Prepaid health spa service contract" means a contract under which the buyer of health spa service pays for or becomes obligated to pay for service prior to the buyer's receipt of or enjoyment of any or all of the health spa services.

727.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
No person, firm, partnership, association or corporation shall provide or offer to provide a health spa service or engage in the business of health spa service by means of a prepaid health spa service contract without first having obtained a license therefor from the Health Department.
