727.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person, firm, partnership, association or corporation shall provide or offer to provide a health spa service or engage in the business of health spa service by means of a prepaid health spa service contract without first having obtained a license therefor from the Health Department. (Ord. 81-136. Passed 5-5-81.)
