721.03 SALE GOODS.
No licensee under Section 721.01 shall, during the continuance of such sale permitted by license, add any goods, wares or merchandise to the stock described and inventoried in his original application for such license, and no goods, wares or merchandise shall be sold at or during such sale except as described and inventoried in such original application.

721.04 LICENSE PERIOD; FEE.
Any license granted under Section 721.01 shall be effective for a period of not to exceed sixty days, but may be renewed for a period of not to exceed thirty days provided that satisfactory proof is submitted showing that the stock itemized in the original application for license has not been disposed of; nor shall any other such license be granted to any person on the same premises selling the same kind of goods, wares or merchandise during the period of one year next succeeding the expiration of a previous license, or renewal of license, granted as herein provided. The license fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the initial period and ten dollars ($10.00) for the renewal period of time.
721.99 PENALTY.
Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or any person making or responsible for any misrepresentation in connection with the goods, wares or merchandise so offered for sale is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
