(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In case any owner, occupant or agent, after having been requested by the City Clerk to do so, as provided in § 150.001 of this chapter, neglects or refuses for ten days to number a house as required by § 150.001 of this chapter, or to number or attempt to number such house otherwise than in conformity with § 150.001 of this chapter, and the requirements, of the City Clerk, such person shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $1, nor more than $25, and, when such fine is paid, the City Clerk shall cause such house to be correctly numbered at the expense of the city.

(C) Any person violating any provision of § 150.003 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $100.

(D) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or any other entity, as owner, lessee, sublessee or occupant, violating any of the provisions of § 150.015 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such person or entity shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any provision of § 150.015 of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted. Upon conviction of any such violation, such person or entity shall be punished by fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment in jail for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of continuing violation of § 150.015 of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense for the purposes of the penalties prescribed by this division (D).

(E) (1) It is unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or any other entity, to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in the city, or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 150.030 through 150.037 of this chapter.
(2) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity violating any of the provisions of §§ 150.030 through 150.037 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person or entity shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of §§ 150.030 through 150.037 of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted and, upon conviction of any such violation, such person or entity shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(F) (1) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or any other entity, as owner, lessee, sublessee or occupant, violating any of the provisions of §§ 150.070 through 150.072 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such person or entity shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any provision of §§ 150.070 through 150.072 of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted. Upon conviction of any such violation, such person or entity shall be punished by fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment in jail for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of continuing violation of §§ 150.070 through 150.072 of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense for the purposes of the penalties prescribed by this division (F)(1).

(2) It is declared that any violation of §§ 150.070 through 150.072 of this chapter shall constitute a public nuisance and, in addition to any other remedies available to the city, the city may bring a civil action to enjoin the violation of any provisions of §§ 150.070 through 150.072 of this chapter.
