In order to enable the adoption and enforcement of certain building codes and procedures, the city council adopts this chapter which shall govern the application of and procedure under the current editions of certain building codes, which have been or may hereafter be adopted by the city, including, but not limited to, the following:
(A) International Building Code, 2006 edition, as amended by A.R.M. § 24.301.146, upon adoption and as amended by the Department of Labor and Industry, Building Codes Bureau;
(B) International Residential Code, 2006 edition, as provided by A.R.M. § 24.301.154, and applicable amendments thereto, upon adoption and as amended by the Department of Labor and Industry, Building Codes Bureau;
(C) International Energy Conservation Code, 2003 edition, as provided by A.R.M. § 24.301.161, upon adoption and as amended by the Department of Labor and Industry, Building Codes Bureau;
(D) International Existing Building Code, 2006 edition; and
(E) Part II, uniform federal accessibility standards, upon adoption and as amended by the Department of Labor and Industry, Building Codes Bureau.
