The City Council adopts and incorporates herein by this reference that certain building code known as the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, part II, and all amendments, additions and modifications made thereto (herein collectively called the “Code”), being particularly the current edition of the code upon adoption by and as amended from time to time by the Building Code Bureau of the Department of Commerce (or its successor) of the state.
